Accounting and Financial Operations

Brice- Accounting Controller CPA

• Master’s in business accounting, CPA
• 5 years of manufacturing experience and petrochemical industry experience
• Advanced use of Excel including Pivot Tables, data analysis, Power BI, V-lookups, charts, etc. (able to tell a full story of financials/performance via the use of Excel.)
• PeopleSoft Financials, Hyperion, JD Edwards, Great Plains, Cognos, IFS, SAP and MAS90
• Brice participated in a specialized leadership training program recently. As a leader, he embodies a hands-on approach, demonstrates understanding, and provides support to his team. He values his ability to listen attentively and assist his team in achieving success.
• Targeting $150K for base pay

Elliott- Cost Accountant

• Master of Business Administration (MBA), CPA in progress
• 8 years of full Cost Accounting experience including 6 in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP (rates his knowledge at an 8 on a scale of 1-10)
• Experience with SAP, NetSuite and PowerBI.
• He is cleared at $90-95K plus bonus.

Brian: Financial Analyst

• M.S. in Accounting and Finance, Lean Six Sigma – Green, Yellow and White belt certified.
• Experience working within a variety of industries via consulting work such as Oil and Gas (downstream, midstream and upstream), manufacturing, engineering, banking, public services, public services, IT, health and education.
• “Developed sophisticated financial models to analyze investment opportunities, risk assessments, and performance projections for a portfolio of 240+ institutional clients, overseeing assets under administration totaling $83 billion. Utilized advanced modeling techniques to optimize profitability, enhance investment returns, and mitigate risks, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.”
• 10+ years of experience with financial planning, GL analysis and budgeting/forecasting
• Excel Master with Power BI, experience with QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.
• Open to Consultant and Direct Hire roles around $100K

Quan- Accountant CPA

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Certified Public Accountant CPA
• 15+ years of corporate experience with extensive knowledge of GAAP, 5 years of month-end and year-end closings, background assisting auditors, creating and reporting Financial Statements for Executives and presentations.
• Strong Computer skills with SAP experience, creating Excel (Pivot Tables / V-Lookups)
• Looking for a change due to lack of growth opportunities; looking for $85-90K.

Whitney- Accounting Clerk

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration.
• 5+ years of full-cycle A/P experience including 3-way matching.
• Background working in a variety of industries including Rail Logistics, Chemical Manufacturing and Construction.
• Accounting software including Sage, SAP, QB, Dynamics, Great Plains, Oracle and Abida. Proficiency with Word, Outlook and Excel
• Open to Consultant and Direct Hire roles around $25 an hour

Paula- Financial Executive Administrative Assistant

• Executive Assistant with Investment Banking and Commercial Real Estate companies.
• Strong experience supporting CEOs and CFOs.
• A former Global CFO described Pamela as someone who “can be put in front of a room full of investors.”
• She is looking for $80K+ depending on full job responsibilities.
